Is my retainer fee refundable?No, it is not refundable. Your retainer fee secures your date and time and also covers my time. In the event you cancel, I may be unable to fill that spot.

Is there a travel fee?Yes, there is a travel fee for anywhere that is 25+ miles from Hinesville, Georgia. Travel fees vary by location and start at .67¢ per mile.

What if the weather is bad?In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified the morning of your session and we will reschedule. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the photographer. If you are unable to reschedule, your retainer fee can be applied to a future session.

How soon after my session will I receive my digital images?My turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks after your session. However, depending on the time of year, delivery may take 3-4 weeks. You'll be notified of my turnaround time during the booking process or at the end of your session.

Am I able to purchase additional images?Absolutely! You can either purchase additional images or purchase your entire gallery for an additional fee.

How do I book a session?To book a session with me, please fill out my contact form below and I will be in touch within 24-48 hours via your preferred method of contact. If contacting me on the weekend, please note that my response time may be longer.

I want to book a smash n' splash session. How far in advance do I need to book?I recommend booking your session at least 2-3 months prior to the session date to allow enough time to order a backdrop if necessary and to order the smash cake, an outfit and props if needed.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes, I do! If you would like to discuss a payment plan, please notify me at the time of booking. Also please note that galleries will not be delivered until payment in full is received.
